To take part in an auction and to access your Private Zone it is necessary to register on our web site.

Registration: Registering is simple. Only basic information is requested and your acceptance of the terms of use of our website. Once registration is completed, we proceed to activate your account.

- Account Activation: immediately after registration, our system will send you an e-mail confirming that your account has been activated.

- Account Modification: you can modify the information you provided at any time by accessing My Account under My Account section. After saving the changes a confirmation message will appear below the “Save” button.

- Account Cancellation: under the Data Protection Act you may request being removed from our records at any time. To do this, you should send an e-mail to: subastas@iagauction.com

  • My Account: This is your personal customer area on our website. There you can update and change your personal and contact data, register to participate in ongoing sales, track lots, download technical documentation, etc. You can also make use of the tools to help you in the management of purchased items, sales, bids and invoices.
  • My Favourite Auctions: This section displays a list of auctions of your interest. The list is created by you and can be consulted at any time. This section provides access to the relevant information about the auction status and its details. You can also remove an auction from your “favourite auctions” list.

This section is refreshed automatically every 60 seconds. You can also refresh manually at any time by pressing the "refresh now" button. IAG strongly recommends to refresh as often as required when bidding for a lot of your special interest and when there is a large number of interested bidders.

My Favourite Lots: This section displays useful information about the lots on which you are bidding or following up, and their status.

-Lot State: displays the lot status (Active / Not Active)

-Situation: Shows the current lot status

-Legend status of lots: displays an icon with clear information about the status of the lot. Depending on the Legend of colors, the lot may be in the following states:

Green dot = at the moment my bid is the highest and reached the reserve price (minimum sale price).

Yellow dot = my bid is the highest at the moment, but did not reach the reserve price (minimum sale price).

Red dot = my bid has been outbid.

Letter “R” = Reserve price has been reached (minimum sale price)

Red Symbol = Lot no longer available (has been sold or removed)

“Timer” Symbol = time for the sale of the lot has been extended for another 5 minutes, due to the number of active bidders

  • This section is refreshed automatically every 60 seconds. You can also refresh manually at any time by pressing the "refresh now" button. Monitoring Auctions: In this section you can find all the information regarding the active auctions you are participating in. It is a dashboard, with a summary of all your activity on the web, updated in real time. Once the auction of your interest has been selected, you can view information about it, date / time of completion, lots you are bidding on and their status, as well as the latest bids received. You may also raise your bids.

My Invoices: Coming soon, in this section IAG is going to offer customers the ability to view and download invoices for goods that have been purchased by them.

  • What do I need, to participate in an online auction?

    To participate in an online auction you only need to meet these two requirements: 1. Be registered on our website (by completing the registration form) 2. Be enrolled in the sale of your interest (by simply clicking on the button "Register now" which appears in the lot’s description)

  • How can I access Online bidding?

    To make an online bid, you simply need to enter the lot of your interest and offer the price which you think is adequate. In the “Lot Information" field, you can see the information about the last bids and the information about the amount of a next accepted bid.

  • Do I need any special documents or deposits to enrol in an online auction?

    IAG does not request any special or additional requirements in order for its customers to participate in an online auction. However, in some lots of an important value or for some specific real estate projects, IAG reserves the right to require a financial deposit or a bank guarantee. Such measures will always be previously communicated to participants.
