In order to participate in our auctions and to access your Private Area you need to register on our website.
-Account activation: immediately after registration, our system will send you an email confirmation that your account has been activated.
-Account modification: at any time you can modify your data by accessing the section My Account/ My Account. When you save your changes, a confirmation message will appear under the "Save" button.
-Account cancellation: in accordance with the LOPD in force, you can request the cancellation of your account data at any time. To do so, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
My Account: This is the customer's personal area on our web portal. Here, you can update and modify your personal and contact details, register to participate in ongoing sales, track batches, download technical documentation, etc. You can also make use of powerful tools to help you manage your lots, sales, bids and invoices.
My Favourite Auctions: this section shows a list of auctions of interest that you have added to your favourites, which you can consult at any time. In this section you can access relevant information about the status and details of the auction as well as the option to remove it from your favourites.
This section is automatically updated every 60 seconds. It can also be updated manually at any time by clicking on the "update now" button. IAG advises you to update manually in cases where you are bidding on a lot or there are competing bids.
My Favourite Lots: This section displays useful information about the lots you are participating in or tracking, as well as their status.
-Lot Status: shows the status of the lot (Active/Not Active).
-Status: shows the status of the current batch.
-Batch status legend: shows an icon with very clear information about the status of the batch. According to the colour legend the batch can be in the following statuses:
Green traffic light = My bid is currently the highest and has reached the reserve price (minimum selling price).
Yellow traffic light = My bid is currently the highest but has not reached the reserve price (minimum selling price).
Red traffic light = My bid has been exceeded
Symbol "R" = Reserve value reached (minimum selling price)
Red Symbol = Lot not available (has been sold or withdrawn)
Timer" Symbol = Lot extended in 5 min. intervals per bidding competition
Lot on extended time = each time a lot receives a bid within the last 5 minutes before its closing time, the system automatically extends the completion time by another 5 minutes, and so on whenever bids come in in the last minutes before the closing time. This automatic system is designed with the intention of facilitating the bidding process on the most sought-after lots.

Auction Tracking: in this section you can consult all the information related to the active auctions in which you are participating. This is a dashboard and a real-time summary of all your activity on the website. Once you have selected the auction you are interested in, you will be able to view information about it, the date/time it ends, the lots you are bidding on, their status, the last bids received and placed, and upload your last bid.
My Invoices: very soon, in this section IAG will offer its customers the possibility to consult and download the invoices for those goods that have been awarded.
What do I need to participate in an online auction?
To participate in an online auction you only need to fulfil these two requirements: 1. To be registered in our portal (by filling in the registration form) 2. To be registered in the sale you are interested in (by simply clicking on the "Register now" button that appears in the summary of the sale).
How can I bid online?
To be able to bid online you simply need to enter the sale you are interested in, access any lot and bid the amount you consider appropriate. Under "lot information", you will be able to see information about the latest bids and the price of the next accepted bid.
Do I need any special requirements or deposits in order to register for an online auction?
