UNIQUE REGISTRATION CODE: 18017000438473
URBAN: BUILDING COMPLEX UNDER CONSTRUCTION, located within the municipality of Granada, in Sector Three of the Almanjayar Special Plan for Interior Reform. It consists of the construction of five modules with compatible sports and complementary uses.

Encumbrances: Mortgage for €6,269,172.50.
Occupancy status: Partially occupied, pursuant to the judgment of July 20, 2012, issued by the Commercial Court No. 1 of Almería and the judgment of the Provincial Court of Almería of May 30, 2014. The successful bidder, in addition to the purchase price, must also pay CIUDAD DEPORTIVA GRANADA 92 SA the sum of €2,000,000 for their eviction. A retention order issued by the Court of First Instance No. 12 of Granada, provisional enforcement proceedings 394/2024, has been issued against this amount.
According to art. 201.2 TRLC, after deducting any rights, encumbrances, or charges of a perpetual, temporary, or redeemable nature that directly affect and influence their value, as well as any real guarantees and liens or attachments that secure or guarantee debts not included in the liabilities, the appraised value of the property for auction purposes amounts to €13,795,913.
