The seller owns an undivided interest in the Property, but is not, therefore, the owner of 100% of the property in full ownership. This undivided interest may be acquired by the remaining co-owners. The Property will be transferred:

• as a fixed entity and in a lump sum
• as a whole, inseparable
• in the current registry and cadastral status
• in the current physical, quality, legal, urban, administrative, licensing, protection, conservation, and cleanliness status up to date with the expenses and taxes that the seller is legally required to pay based on the percentage of ownership held by the seller
• without the provision of services and supplies.

The Purchaser shall be responsible for:

• the physical location and state of repair,
• the urban planning situation,
• the discrepancies between the physical reality and the registry and cadastral reality or the property's size,
• the adequacy of the registry and cadastral status of the property, and
• the procedures involved in obtaining judicial possession of the property.

The sale price of this property has been determined based on the above circumstances, which have resulted in a lower value, and which must be expressly accepted by the purchaser when formalizing the transfer of the property. It is recommended that the purchaser obtain professional and legal advice before making the purchase decision.
