**According to the valuation report issued by the Honorable. Novelda City Council, dated August 27, 2025, and taking into account that the properties being auctioned are to be demolished, the following circumstances and appraisal are transcribed:
For all these reasons, the undersigned technician estimates that the repercussion value of the land should not exceed €370.03/m², which, taking into account the cadastral area of the plot (as no registry information is available), results in an acquisition value of the property of €68,455.55. However, deducting the cost of demolishing the property, results in an acquisition value of the land of €56,085.55.
