Auction of Company Assets in the Food and Catering Sector in JaƩn, Spain
By appointment of the Insolvency Administration of SERHOCA, S.L., Insolvency Proceedings 001/2021, the Auction of the assets of the Insolvent Party stipulated in the Liquidation Plan is held.
Lot 1: computer processing equipment.
Lot 2: machinery/household goods
Lot 3: furniture
Lot 4: other tangible fixed assets
Lot 5: other; cushions and table runners
Lot 6 tools: hoops, underplates and pipes
Lot 7 Transport equipment
All lots have been abandoned for 2 years. Several thefts have been reported to the police.
Whoever buys, in spite of the thefts, assumes the total purchase of each of the lots, accepting the state they are in, even if they are not used for the purpose for which they are intended.
The transport elements have suffered countless thefts and acts of vandalism.
All bidders must deposit 5% of the value of the lot in order to participate in the auction.
All lots are auctioned for their value, any bid is accepted, but only if the bid is equal to or higher than 20% of the value of the lot.
