*Once the purchase-sale has been formalised, the Insolvency Administration will request the Court to issue an order for the cancellation of all seizure annotations affecting the property to be realised, as well as the charges prior to the declaration of insolvency and those subsequent to it, with the successful bidder being responsible for the processing at the land registry.
