Auction of PROASAL SALINERA DE ANDALUCIA S.L. Productive Unit

By designation of the Bankruptcy Administration of PROASAL SALINERA DE ANDALUCIA S.L., within the Ordinary Bankruptcy procedure No. 205/2016, Bankruptcy Incident Piece on judicial authorization No. 458/2024 is being processed at the Commercial Court No. 1 of Cadiz, said piece separated designated IAG AUCTION to be in charge of managing the auction of the Productive Unit currently in operation.

The productive unit for sale of PROASAL SALINERA DE ANDALUCIA S.L. corresponds to a sea salt exploitation with an approximate annual output of 150,000 tons.

The Productive Unit is fundamentally composed of:

- 3 administrative concessions known as: Algaida I, Algaida II and Bonanza.

- Rustic nature properties.

- 3 wordmarks: Proasal, Scandor and Salmarisma.

- Staff made up of 31 workers.

- Fixed and mobile production facilities and machinery.

- General facilities.

- Vehicles and machinery for the development of the activity.

- Furniture.

Auction start date: July 15, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. local time.

Auction end date: September 19, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. local time.

Minimum bid: 9,500,000.-€

Requirements to participate in the auction: initially, interested parties must sign the attached NDA (non-disclosure confidentiality agreement) and be accepted as potential purchasers of the Productive Unit. Subsequently, purchasers will be provided with the document written up by the bankruptcy administration with the bases for the sale of the Productive Unit, along with the five Annexes that are part of the bases and the necessary documentation to evaluate the acquisition project and will be informed of the details of the sales process, as well as the rest of the requirements, among others, to make the corresponding deposit of 750,000 euros.
