Auction of the BRB International Entity's Credit Claims
By appointment of the Insolvency Administration of BRB Internacional SA, Insolvency Proceedings 738/2017, Commercial Court Nr.11 of Madrid.
2 lots of Credit Claims are auctioned.
Lot 3.- These collection rights derived from the audiovisual production called "INVIZIMALS" co-produced by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe Limited, BRB Internacional, S.A., Screen 21, S.A.U, Corporación de RTVE and Televisió de Catalunya, S.A. The rights are subject to a guarantee in the amount of 339.069€ in favour of NATIXIS COFICINE. To date, according to the CA, no collection rights have been generated, as the series has not been completed and the ownership of the tangible rights (negative and internegative) is not held.

Lot 6.- This LOT comprises the entire outstanding portfolio of debtor clients that, at the end of the activity, both in the case of adjudication of the Production Unit and of individualised clearance of the assets and Reintegration Action of Apolo Films SL for the amount of 161,819.97€.
