Auction of the Explotación Bañón Productive Unit

By designation of the Bankruptcy Administration within the framework of Bankruptcy Procedure 96/2023, currently underway in the Commercial Court No. 1 of Jaén, IAG is in charge of managing the sale by auction of the assets that make up the Productive Unit of EXPLOTACIÓN BAÑON SAU, currently in the process of liquidation.

EXPLOTACIÓN BAÑON SAU, is a company with an outstanding history in the olive cultivation sector. It began in 1958, establishing itself as a company in 1989 and in 2000 a new oil mill was launched on the “Las Irijuelas” farm that has the highest technologies.

In 2021 it won the award for best olive oil.

Despite its successful track record, the company has faced unpredictable misfortunes with significant economic impact, without being able to successfully overcome them.

Despite these difficulties, the main objective is the continuation of the activity through the sale of its Productive Unit.

The Productive Unit in question is made up of:

- Olive reception patio

- Factory

- Store

- Packaging machine

- Other facilities

- Machinery and facilities

- 1 permanent worker and 2 discontinuous permanent workers

- Vehicles

- Photovoltaic lease contract
