IAG AUCTION presents the sale by auction in 2 separate lots of the 2 main brands JSP and CELGÁN (including their sub-brands such as ARTELAC, BATIDOS ORIS, LA MEDALLA, SUPER MILK, MI, GLIESE, etc.). The ownership of the brands belongs to the well-known industrial group from the Canary Islands, JOSÉ SANCHEZ PEÑATE S.A. / CELGAN S.A., throughout Spain.

The list of these assets includes registered trademarks in the categories of milk and dairy products, juices, soft drinks and heart-healthy products.

All the national brands are recognised and prestigious with significant sales and market shares in the Canary Islands and mainland Spain.

The sale of the CELGÁN brand also includes the sale of the Industrial Design of its yoghurt containers.
