Auction of the Production Unit of PANIFICADORA NEVERO SA

By designation of the Bankruptcy Administration within the framework of Bankruptcy Procedure 181/2022, currently underway in the Commercial Court No. 1 of Badajoz, IAG is in charge of managing the sale of the assets that make up the Production Unit of PANIFICADORA NEVERO S.A., currently in the process of liquidation.

PANIFICADORA NEVERO S.A., is a company with an outstanding history of two decades in the bread industry sector, which began in Badajoz. It began its production and marketing at a local level, evolving until it expanded throughout the autonomous community of Extremadura through IPANEXSA, PANEBA, UPANSA and PANAKES. Subsequently, it achieved a national presence with special acceptance in the region of Andalusia, where, in addition to having distributors, it established its own delegation in the city of Seville.

Despite its successful track record, the company has faced unpredictable misfortunes with significant economic impact, without being able to successfully overcome them.

Despite these difficulties, the main objective is the continuation of the activity through the sale of its Productive Unit.

The Productive Unit in question is made up of:

- 58 permanent workers. The list is not definitive and may vary, given that layoffs and new hires are being made.

- 2 Vehicles.

- Machinery and facilities.

- Goodwill and furniture.

-  Leasing contract.
