The Aragonese trailer and semi-trailer firm Leciñena, which has been designing and manufacturing road transport equipment since it was founded as a small family business in 1965 by Mariano Leciñena Garicano, leads the trailer and semi-trailer market in Spain.

The company from Zaragoza differentiates itself by not manufacturing in a chain. Still, each of its trailers and semi-trailers is different and customised, which is one of the firm's strengths. Leciñena is one of the most popular and beloved brands in Aragon, leader in Spain thanks to its extensive sales network and a wide international presence, especially in Europe. 

In its almost sixty years of existence, the company has manufactured more than 80,000 vehicles which are highly valued by a solid customer base thanks to their quality and robustness.

IAG has been selected as the specialised entity by the insolvency administration responsible for the company's insolvency process. Its main role will be to manage the sale of all the company's assets, ensuring that the process is carried out in an efficient, transparent and compliant manner.
