DIRECT SALE of the ASSETS from the Textile Company in liquidation "SATTEX", grouping the Assets from the two commercial companies in bankruptcy proceedings TINTES TEXTILES 81, S.A.  and MEDITERRANEAN PRINTS 22, S.L. in the village of OLESA de Montserrat (Barcelona), Spain.

The industrial and commercial activities of both two companies were known under the name of SATTEX in the same factory.

The machinery of the complete plant can be bought as a total acquisition,  by groups or individually.
