Auction sale from the consumer Brands JSP and CELGAN with all their sub-brands. It´s a well-known brand in the food-market and horeca-channel in Spain and especially on The Canarian islands.

IAG International Auction Group presents the sale by auction in 8 lots for the 2 main brands JSP and CELGAN (including their sub-brands such as BATIDOS ORIS, ARTELAC, LA MEDALLA, SUPER MILK, MI, GLIESE, DAK, etc).  

The ownership of the brands belongs to the recognised industrial group from the Canary Islands, JOSÉ SANCHEZ PEÑATE, S.A. (JSP) and CELGAN, S.A. for the whole Spanish territory.

The list of these assets subscribes to registered trademarks within the categories of dairy products, their derivatives, juices, soft drinks, heart-healthy products, canned fruit and coffees.

All the national brands are recognised and prestigious, with significant sales in the Canary Islands and the Spanish mainland.

The sale of the CELGAN brand also includes the sale of the Industrial Design of its yoghurt containers.
