Auction 2 of sharings in Comercial Cid Tenerife, debt of Comercial Cid Las Palmas and receivables against clients of Lopalmeca, S.L.

The assets subject to the auction are the sharings in Comercial Cid Tenerife, the receivables against customers of LOPALMECA S.L. and the debt of Comercial Cid Las Palmas, S.A., a company in the non-specialised wholesale trade sector of foodstuffs, beverages and tobacco, LOPALMECA S.L., which has been in business for 32 years.

It is expressly stated for the record that the insolvency administration has only been able to verify the existence of the balances and debtor rights as they appear in the accounts of the insolvent company, but has not been able to verify the real existence of said credits, their enforceability, nor is it aware of the solvency of the debtor. Therefore, the purchaser assumes at its own risk, and therefore expressly exempts the insolvency administration, from any liability arising from the actual existence of the claim, its enforceability and the solvency of the debtor.
